Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how YASS GAMES, a game-development brand operated by Yass AR XR, Belgium (“YASS GAMES”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information when you use STRAMINO (the “Game”).

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to STRAMINO on supported mobile platforms, including iOS and Android. It covers information handled directly by the Game and information processed by third-party services integrated into it.

STRAMINO is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. STRAMINO does not require a YASS GAMES account for ordinary gameplay.

2. Information We May Process

The exact information processed depends on the features you use, your device, your privacy choices, your region, and the services enabled in the version of STRAMINO you use.

A. Local gameplay data and settings

STRAMINO may store information locally on your device, such as gameplay progress or scores, selected skins, audio preferences, haptic preferences, purchase-entitlement state, and similar game settings.

Unless a feature or third-party service described below transmits such information, locally stored information remains on your device.

B. Advertising: Unity LevelPlay, Google AdMob, and advertising partners

STRAMINO may display advertisements using Unity LevelPlay for advertising mediation. Advertising may be provided through supported advertising partners, currently including Unity Ads, ironSource / ironSource Exchange, and Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.

Depending on your device, region, privacy choices, advertising configuration, and applicable law, these advertising and mediation services may collect or process information necessary to provide, measure, secure, limit, personalize, or otherwise operate advertising.

That information may include, for example, device and operating-system information, IP address (including for approximate/general location), advertising-related identifiers where permitted by the platform and applicable law, advertising performance and interaction data, app interaction information, and diagnostics or performance information.

For users where applicable, including users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, STRAMINO uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present applicable advertising privacy messages and manage privacy choices before requesting advertising where required.

Depending on applicable law, technical availability, and your privacy choices, advertising may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or otherwise restricted. Declining consent does not prevent use of STRAMINO and does not itself purchase or activate the No Ads entitlement.

Advertising and mediation providers process information according to their own privacy policies, legal obligations, and the privacy signals made available to them.

C. In-app purchases: Apple App Store and Google Play

Purchases in STRAMINO are processed through the platform from which you obtained the Game, such as Apple’s App Store or Google Play.

YASS GAMES does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple or Google.

The applicable platform may process account, purchase, transaction, device, tax, fraud-prevention, and payment information under its own terms and privacy policies.

D. Purchase entitlement management: RevenueCat

STRAMINO may use RevenueCat to validate purchases, manage digital entitlements, and support restoration of eligible purchases.

RevenueCat may receive information necessary to provide those services, including:

  • device type and operating-system information;
  • transaction and entitlement information;
  • Apple receipt information;
  • Google purchase tokens;
  • timestamps or information relating to use of the app/purchase service;
  • an app user identifier or related metadata where such functionality is enabled.

RevenueCat does not receive your full payment-card details from YASS GAMES. Payment processing remains with the relevant app-store platform.

E. Platform gaming services, if enabled

A version of STRAMINO may use Apple Game Center and/or Google Play Games Services for features such as leaderboards, achievements, player authentication, or related platform gaming functionality.

If these features are disabled in the version you use, STRAMINO does not use them for that version.

If enabled, the relevant platform may process information associated with your platform gaming profile, such as a player identifier, display/profile information, scores, achievements, and related game-service information, subject to Apple or Google’s own privacy terms and your platform settings.

We will update this Privacy Policy and relevant store disclosures when required before introducing materially different data practices.

3. Why We Process Information

Information described in this Policy may be processed to:

  • operate and maintain STRAMINO;
  • remember game settings and progress;
  • display and manage advertisements;
  • manage advertising and privacy choices;
  • process, validate, restore, and maintain in-app purchase entitlements;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized transactions;
  • diagnose crashes or technical problems where supported by integrated services;
  • comply with legal, accounting, tax, platform, and regulatory obligations;
  • provide optional platform gaming features where enabled.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on:

  • performance of a contract, where necessary to provide requested game functionality or purchased content;
  • consent, including where required for advertising technologies, device storage/access, or personalized advertising;
  • legitimate interests, where permitted, including maintaining, securing, and improving the Game;
  • legal obligations, where processing is required by law.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw or modify that consent using available privacy controls. Where Google User Messaging Platform indicates that a privacy-options entry point is required, STRAMINO provides access through Settings → Privacy Options. You may also contact us regarding applicable privacy rights using the contact information in this Policy. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

5. Advertising and Privacy Choices

STRAMINO uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage applicable advertising privacy choices where required based on factors such as your region and applicable law.

Where a privacy message is required, it may provide options to consent, manage your choices, or decline as made available by the applicable message configuration.

STRAMINO requests advertising only when the applicable consent system indicates that advertising requests are permitted. Your choices may affect which advertising modes and technologies are available.

Where required by Google User Messaging Platform, STRAMINO provides a Privacy Options entry in Settings so that you can review or modify applicable advertising privacy choices.

Declining consent does not prevent you from using STRAMINO, does not automatically remove all advertising, and is separate from purchasing the No Ads entitlement. Depending on your choices and applicable requirements, advertising providers may use restricted, limited, non-personalized, or other permitted advertising modes.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Information may be processed by service providers and platform operators where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

  • Unity LevelPlay;
  • Unity Ads;
  • ironSource / ironSource Exchange, where applicable;
  • Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform;
  • RevenueCat;
  • Apple / App Store services;
  • Google / Google Play services;
  • Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services, if enabled;
  • authorities, courts, regulators, or professional advisers where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.

Some providers may process information outside your country of residence. Their own privacy policies and applicable safeguards govern their processing.

7. Data Retention

Local game information may remain on your device until deleted or reset by the Game, removed when you uninstall the Game, or otherwise handled by your operating system/platform.

Third-party providers retain information according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.

YASS GAMES retains information under its direct control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

Where available, advertising privacy choices can be reviewed or modified through Settings → Privacy Options.

Some information is controlled independently by Apple, Google, Unity / LevelPlay and its advertising partners, RevenueCat, or another provider. Requests concerning information controlled by those providers may need to be made directly to them.

9. Children

STRAMINO is designed for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Advertising, consent, and age-related settings will be configured consistently with STRAMINO’s intended audience, applicable store requirements, and applicable privacy laws.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances requiring deletion or other action, we will take appropriate steps.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of information under our control. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Third-Party Services

Third-party services integrated into STRAMINO operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their practices may change independently of YASS GAMES.

Relevant providers may include Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource / ironSource Exchange (where applicable), Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, RevenueCat, Apple App Store services, Google Play services, and, if enabled, Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services.

12. Business Transfer

If STRAMINO, Yass AR XR, or relevant assets are sold, transferred, reorganized, or acquired, information and related responsibilities may be transferred to a successor where permitted by law. Any successor will remain subject to applicable privacy law concerning information it receives.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to STRAMINO, our service providers, legal or platform requirements, or our data practices.

The “Last updated” date identifies the latest version. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially different processing begins.
