Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of STRAMINO (the “Game”), provided under the YASS GAMES brand by Yass AR XR, Belgium (“YASS GAMES”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, purchasing content in, or using STRAMINO, you agree to these Terms and to applicable mandatory terms of the platform through which you obtained the Game.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

1. License

Subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules, YASS GAMES grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use STRAMINO for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on supported devices.

STRAMINO is licensed, not sold. YASS GAMES and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

Your use may also be subject to applicable Apple App Store or Google Play license and usage rules.

2. Intellectual Property

STRAMINO, including its software, branding, name, logos, graphics, 3D assets, interface, visual effects, audio, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Yass AR XR / YASS GAMES and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, modify, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected portions of STRAMINO.

3. In-App Purchases

STRAMINO may offer optional digital purchases, including products such as:

  • No Ads;
  • Premium Pack;
  • STRAMINO Complete;
  • other products introduced in future versions.

The content, price, availability, and description displayed in STRAMINO or the applicable app store at the time of purchase govern the relevant offer.

Purchases are processed by the platform through which you obtained STRAMINO, such as Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Billing, payment, taxes, refunds, and transaction processing may therefore also be subject to that platform’s rules.

YASS GAMES does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple or Google.

4. Purchase Entitlements and Restore Purchases

STRAMINO may use RevenueCat and the applicable app-store platform to validate and restore eligible purchase entitlements.

A non-consumable purchase provides the digital entitlement described at the time of purchase, subject to the continued technical/platform availability of the Game and the relevant entitlement, these Terms, applicable platform rules, and mandatory law.

Restoring a purchase may require use of the same Apple or Google account associated with the original purchase and depends partly on the relevant platform’s systems.

Purchases made on one platform are not guaranteed to transfer to another platform unless STRAMINO expressly supports cross-platform entitlements.

5. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and, where relevant, Apple or Google refund processes and platform rules.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory refund, withdrawal, conformity, warranty, or other consumer right available to you.

Where Apple or Google controls the transaction or refund process, you may need to submit the request through that platform.

6. Advertising

STRAMINO may display advertising.

Advertising formats, frequency, providers, and availability may change over time.

Where offered, a No Ads entitlement removes the categories of forced/display advertising expressly described by STRAMINO for that entitlement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise when purchasing, optional rewarded advertisements may remain available as voluntary gameplay features even for a user who owns No Ads.

Advertising may be provided through third-party advertising and mediation services, including Unity LevelPlay and advertising partners such as Unity Ads, ironSource / ironSource Exchange, and Google AdMob, subject to applicable privacy choices, laws, platform requirements, and technical availability.

7. Changes and Updates

STRAMINO is an evolving game.

We may add, rebalance, replace, or remove gameplay features, visual content, interfaces, integrations, online functionality, advertising formats, or other elements of the Game.

We may release updates required for compatibility, security, bug fixes, platform requirements, legal compliance, or continued operation.

Where a change affects paid digital content or an existing entitlement, YASS GAMES will act consistently with the purchase description, applicable platform rules, and mandatory consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms permits us to remove or materially alter paid rights where applicable law prohibits doing so.

8. Availability and Discontinuation

We do not promise that STRAMINO, any online service, or any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

To the extent permitted by law, YASS GAMES may suspend, discontinue, remove from sale, or stop supporting STRAMINO or any feature for technical, commercial, security, platform, legal, or operational reasons.

Removal of STRAMINO from an app store does not by itself create an automatic right to a refund where no such right exists under applicable law or applicable platform rules.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning defective, non-conforming, or undelivered digital content.

Future re-download availability may depend on Apple, Google, account status, device compatibility, and platform policies and cannot be guaranteed by YASS GAMES.

9. Sale, Transfer, or Reorganization of STRAMINO

Yass AR XR may transfer or assign rights and obligations relating to STRAMINO to an affiliate, successor, purchaser, or other entity in connection with a sale, acquisition, merger, restructuring, transfer of STRAMINO, or similar transaction, where permitted by law.

A successor may continue operating and developing STRAMINO and may change future products, pricing, features, monetization, or product structure, subject to existing purchase entitlements, applicable platform rules, contractual obligations that continue to apply, and mandatory law.

This section does not permit arbitrary cancellation of an existing paid entitlement where applicable law or platform rules require that entitlement to be honored.

10. Platform Gaming Services

STRAMINO may in the future support optional services such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services.

Such functionality may include leaderboards, achievements, authentication, or related platform features.

Those services are operated by Apple or Google and are subject to their own terms, account requirements, privacy practices, availability, and technical restrictions.

If a platform gaming feature is disabled or unavailable in your version of STRAMINO, these Terms do not create an obligation for YASS GAMES to provide it.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use STRAMINO for unlawful purposes;
  • intentionally interfere with the Game, its security, or connected services;
  • use unauthorized cheats, automation, exploits, modifications, or similar methods to manipulate online functionality;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • commercially exploit STRAMINO or its protected assets without written permission;
  • impersonate YASS GAMES or falsely claim affiliation with STRAMINO.

We may take reasonable action to protect STRAMINO, its users, platforms, and connected services against abuse or security threats.

12. Third-Party Services

STRAMINO may rely on third-party services, including app stores, advertising providers, purchase-management services, and optional platform gaming services.

YASS GAMES does not control the independent operation of these services. Their operation and availability are subject to their respective terms and policies.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STRAMINO is provided on an “as available” basis. Software may contain bugs, interruptions, compatibility issues, or other errors.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of every feature.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YASS GAMES / Yass AR XR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of, or inability to use, STRAMINO where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to STRAMINO, applicable law, platform requirements, security needs, or our business.

The “Last updated” date identifies the latest version.

Where applicable law requires notice, consent, or another procedure before a material change becomes binding, we will follow that requirement.

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence where those protections apply.

Any dispute-resolution or jurisdiction rule remains subject to mandatory consumer-law rights.

17. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the STRAMINO Privacy Policy available through the STRAMINO website and Game settings.
